This tool is exclusively for VIP clients.
Welcome to my Macro Calculator! With just a few simple steps, you can find your ideal macro ratio!
Start by entering your preferred unit of measurement (imperial is what most people use!), your gender, age, weight and height!
The macro calculator will then give you a BMI number. Remember it!
Next, you'll want to switch the BMR Formula Button to Lean rather than Total, and set the Body Fat Percentage slide to be equal to the BMI number you just received!
After that, it's simply a matter of choosing your goal, lifestyle, and exercise routine, and then you're off to the races!!
